DEADLINE: Recognition of Maui Architecture

Aloha Everyone!

Re: Recognition of Maui Architecture

As a reminder, the AIA Maui is reinstating its annual recognition of Maui architecture.  The goal is to highlight and publish remarkable projects in Maui that have the potential to inspire.  You may submit your own projects, and, hopefully, recommend and support others for submittal where you find appropriate merit.
Architects, landscape architects, interior designers, and engineers from any country can submit their completed Maui projects (not older than 10 years) for appreciation by AIA Maui. Owners, individual practitioners, private design firms, public agencies, civic organizations, and public interest groups may submit nominations for projects in which they were involved.

An entry may be any building, or part thereof, or complex of buildings completed since January 1, 2001 and built in Maui County.  Deadline for submissions to be evaluated will be 5:00 p.m. Hawaii time on July 1, 2011.  Registration is totally free.  Any and all categories are eligible.
